The Greenfield Project
In the Greenfield Project we work with Greenfield ApS, DTU Food and Aarhus University to identify a proteinsource that will provide a 100% soluble vegetable protein to be used in protein enriched soft drinks. In the project our compact filter is applied
to press different types of green biomass to evaluatethe efficiency of our technology for such applications.

The Value Added Food Ingredients from Spent Grain Project
In the Value Added Food Ingredients from Spent Grains Proejct we work with Skands Brewery A/S, Powerbrands A/S and DTU Food to identify soluble proteins from spent grain. In the project our compact filter is applied to press spent grains from Skands Brewery A/S to evaluate the eficiency of our technology for the application for the brewery industry.

Dacofi has recently recieved an InnoBooster grant to build an optimized protoype that will meet demands from the brewing industry. Dacofi envison this new development to be a solid contribution to create proof of business in the brewing industry.
